As a full service day Conference Center, Desert Willow offers all the amenities that are designed to make it easy for a meeting planner to work with us while offering an exceptional meeting experience for those who attend.
The Conference Center presently has a partnership with local hotels within close proximity to the Center. This partnership allows us to meet all of your needs and provide you with the dedicated space required for your meeting.
The Desert Willow Conference Center provides a Complete Meeting Package for the entire day which is the most cost effective method for the customer, although we do customize meeting packages based upon customer and client needs.
The Center provides high speed internet and wireless internet, fees are based upon the guests needs. There is free high speed wireless internet in the lobby, break areas, prefunction area and the Dining Room.
Our meeting space is dedicated, 24 hour hold, and meeting rooms have solid tackable walls, natural lighting and ergonomic 8 hour chairs provide for a successful learning experience. The Center provides a Complete Meeting Package which includes Continental Breakfast, continuous Starbucks coffee service, luncheon buffet and sweet and salty snacks for the afternoon break session. We have built in A/V projectors and in the ceiling screens, flipcharts and high speed wired and wireless internet. Service is what we do best, and our customers are our focus.
